We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a limited refund and returns policy.

  • Generally, all sales are final. Due to the instant access granted upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued for our digital products (video lessons, e-books, music mixes, templates).
  • Exceptions: We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
    • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to issue a full refund.
    • Technical issues: If you encounter technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work our best to resolve the issue. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, we may consider a full or partial refund at our discretion.

  • The email address associated with your Dance88 account
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
